Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HONG KONG WANHONG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use AgePreview: AI Face Editor (the "App") and the official pages that support the App.

AgePreview provides AI Time Travel, AI Expression, Cartoon, and AI Baby features. Built-in examples are stored in the App and do not send photos to an AI service. When you choose your own photo and request a personalized AI result, the App sends the selected photo, the selected effect, and the information needed to complete that request through our secure relay service to OpenAI, our third-party AI service provider.

Please read this Privacy Policy before using a personalized AI feature. If you do not agree with the processing described here, do not submit a photo for AI processing. You may continue to use the built-in examples without submitting your own photo.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Photos, Face-Related Information, and AI Parameters

Depending on the feature you choose, the App processes the following:

(a) AI Time Travel: one clear photo containing one person and a selected target age from 10 to 80.

(b) AI Expression: one clear photo containing one person and a selected expression.

(c) Cartoon: one clear photo containing one person or one pet and a selected cartoon style.

(d) AI Baby: one clear adult photo for "Mom," one clear adult photo for "Dad," and a selected Girl, Boy, or Random creative direction. These labels control an entertainment effect only and are not a genetic, biological-sex, parentage, or medical prediction.

The App checks whether a selected photo is readable and appears suitable for the requested feature, such as whether it contains the required number of clear subjects. This check is used to prepare or reject the request, not to identify the person in the photo.

Before transmission, the image prepared for the AI request is designed to exclude EXIF and location metadata. The App does not request access to your entire photo library. It uses Apple's system photo picker so that you choose the specific photo or photos to provide.

Photos may contain facial images and other information capable of identifying a person. We treat those photos as personal information. The App does not use face information to determine a person's real-world identity, authenticate a person, create a faceprint, build a biometric profile, or compare the person against an identity database.

1.2 Generated Images

OpenAI processes the submitted photo or photos and the fixed instructions associated with the effect to create one generated result. The result is returned through our relay service to the App.

The App does not create an account-based cloud gallery or an in-app history of your original photos or generated results. A result is written to your Photos library only when you tap Save and grant the required "add photos only" permission. If you tap Share, iOS presents the system share sheet and sends the result only to the destination you select. Information sent to another app, person, or service through the share sheet is governed by that recipient's privacy practices.

1.3 Service and Quota Information

The App may process limited information needed to complete a request, prevent duplicate requests, apply free or subscription generation limits, maintain security, and diagnose a failed transaction. This may include a temporary request or task identifier, the requested feature and parameter, the number of submitted images, request time, acceptance status, result status, error code, processing time, and current quota status.

Our relay service is designed to forward AI requests and results without retaining original photos, generated images, face templates, or face-derived profiles. Technical records must not contain the original photo, generated image, image URL, or extracted face features. Network and service providers may automatically process information such as an IP address, connection time, and basic request metadata as necessary to transmit and secure the request.

1.4 Subscription and Transaction Information

Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple. We may receive limited transaction and entitlement information needed to provide and restore Premium access, such as the product identifier, transaction identifier, subscription status, purchase and expiration dates, renewal status, and refund or revocation status.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank-account details, or Apple ID password. Apple handles payment credentials and billing under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

1.5 Feedback and Support Information

If you use the App's Feedback feature, we receive the issue type, the text you choose to submit, the App version, and the operating-system version. The App does not automatically attach your original photo, generated result, or face information to feedback.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any material you choose to attach. Please do not send photos, generated images, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

1.6 On-Device Information

The App may store onboarding status, settings, selected parameters, local quota information, subscription entitlement status, and temporary input or result data on your device to provide the current experience. Deleting the App generally removes App-managed local data, subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior. Photos that you saved to the Photos library must be deleted through the Photos app.

1.7 Official Website Information

When you visit our official policy or support pages, website hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may automatically process an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, request time, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not use the official legal pages to build advertising profiles or conduct cross-site behavioral advertising.

2. Permissions and Data We Do Not Collect

The current version uses Apple's system photo picker to receive only the photo or photos that you select. It does not request full photo-library read access.

The App requests "add photos only" access only when you choose to save a result. Refusing this permission does not prevent you from previewing a result or using the system share sheet.

The current version does not request camera, precise location, contacts, microphone, notification, or App Tracking Transparency permission. It does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not provide an account system or cross-device photo synchronization.

We do not collect contacts, precise location, microphone recordings, a complete photo library, advertising identifiers, or data about activity in other companies' apps or websites for AgePreview's current features.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

(a) perform the AI effect that you expressly request;

(b) check whether an input is suitable and deliver the generated result;

(c) apply free and Premium generation limits and confirm subscription entitlements;

(d) prevent duplicate requests, fraud, abuse, and unsafe use;

(e) maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the App and its relay service;

(f) respond to feedback, support, privacy, and legal requests;

(g) comply with applicable law, valid legal process, and contractual obligations; and

(h) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use your original photo or generated image for advertising, cross-app tracking, identity recognition, sale, data-broker activity, or our own AI model training. We do not intentionally opt in to sharing AgePreview user content with OpenAI for model training.

4. Third-Party AI Processing and Explicit Choice

Personalized AI generation cannot be completed entirely on your device. After the App presents the relevant disclosure and you choose to proceed, your selected photo or photos are encrypted in transit and sent through our relay service to OpenAI's Images Edit API. OpenAI processes the content to produce the requested result and may perform safety checks.

Under OpenAI's published API data controls, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer expressly opts in. OpenAI states that the Images Edit endpoint does not retain application state. Under OpenAI's standard abuse-monitoring controls, however, customer content may be included in abuse-monitoring logs retained for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect the service or a third party from harm. OpenAI may retain image inputs flagged as potential child sexual abuse material for safety review even where enhanced data-retention controls apply.

OpenAI's current data-control information is available at:

https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data

You are not required to submit a personal photo to browse the App or use its built-in examples. If you do not want a photo sent to OpenAI, do not tap Generate after selecting your own photo.

5. How Information Is Disclosed

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use personal information for targeted advertising in the current version.

Information may be processed or disclosed in the following circumstances:

(a) OpenAI. Selected photos, the requested effect, and related request data are processed to produce a personalized result and perform safety checks as described above.

(b) Apple. Apple processes App distribution, subscriptions, payments, entitlement restoration, the system photo picker, Photos permissions, and the system share sheet under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

(c) Infrastructure providers. Hosting, network, content-delivery, and security providers process limited data only as necessary to transmit requests, operate the relay service, deliver the official website, and protect systems. We require service providers that process personal information for us to provide protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

(d) At your direction. A result is disclosed to a person, app, or service when you deliberately select that destination through the system share sheet or otherwise export it.

(e) Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request; protect a person's rights or safety; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or enforce applicable agreements.

(f) Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of responsibility for the App, subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections.

6. Retention and Deletion

6.1 Our Relay Service

Our relay service is designed not to store original photos or generated images. It forwards the input to OpenAI and forwards the returned result to the App. Any transient copy used to complete the transmission is deleted or released when the request finishes, fails, or is otherwise closed. We do not maintain a cloud photo history, face database, biometric template, or backup archive of AgePreview photos or results.

6.2 OpenAI

OpenAI's standard API abuse-monitoring retention may last up to 30 days as described in Section 4. Safety-review, legal, and service-protection exceptions may result in longer retention in limited circumstances. This third-party retention is separate from our own no-storage relay design.

6.3 On-Device Data and Saved Results

App-managed information remains on your device until it is replaced, cleared by the App, or removed when you delete the App, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior. A result that you save remains in your Photos library until you delete it. A result that you share may remain with the recipient or destination you selected.

6.4 Subscription Information

Apple retains purchase and subscription records under Apple's policies and legal obligations. We process entitlement information for as long as necessary to provide, restore, audit, or resolve the subscription and to comply with law.

6.5 Feedback and Support

Feedback and support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed for those purposes, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

6.6 Website Security Logs

Website hosting and security logs are retained by the relevant infrastructure providers only for their operational, security, fraud-prevention, and legal needs under their applicable policies and agreements.

7. Legal Bases Where Required

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

(a) your request and performance of our agreement with you to provide the App, AI generation, subscription entitlement, and support;

(b) your consent for sending a selected photo to a third-party AI provider and for optional device permissions;

(c) our legitimate interests in maintaining security, preventing abuse, troubleshooting failures, and improving service reliability, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and

(d) compliance with legal obligations and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You may withdraw consent for future personalized AI processing by not submitting additional photos. You may revoke Photos permission in iOS Settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or information that must be retained under applicable law.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can:

(a) cancel the system photo picker without submitting a photo;

(b) choose not to tap Generate after selecting a personal photo;

(c) use built-in examples without sending your own photo to an AI provider;

(d) revoke the App's Photos permission in iOS Settings;

(e) delete App-managed local data by deleting the App, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior;

(f) delete saved results through the Photos app;

(g) manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account subscription settings; and

(h) contact us about personal information that we control.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability of personal information, restriction of or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, and an appeal or complaint to a privacy authority. These rights may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Because the App has no user account and our relay does not retain photos or results, we may not hold information that can be linked back to you after a request is completed. If you contact us about an AI request, include the approximate date and time and any request identifier visible to you, if available. Do not email the original photo unless we specifically determine that it is necessary and you choose to do so.

Residents of California and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may also request information about the categories of personal information processed and disclosed, request correction or deletion, and exercise other rights provided by local law. In the current version, we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. You may contact us first so that we can try to address the issue.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. Photos and results are transmitted using encrypted network connections. The App is designed to remove EXIF and location metadata from the image prepared for the AI request, keep provider credentials out of the App, avoid image content in technical logs, and avoid a cloud gallery or face database.

No device, internet transmission, AI service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and reviewing a generated result before saving or sharing it.

10. International Processing

We are based in Hong Kong. OpenAI, Apple, and infrastructure providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from your local laws. Where required, we and our service providers use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children's Privacy and Photos of Other People

The App is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly allow a child who cannot legally consent to submit personal photos without authorization from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe that a child provided personal information without required authorization, contact us and we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

You must have the right and any legally required consent to submit a photo of another person. For a photo of a minor, the person submitting the photo must be the parent or legal guardian or must have authorization from the parent or legal guardian. Do not submit intimate, exploitative, abusive, or unlawful images of a child or any other person.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where required. If a future version introduces materially different practices, such as advertising, analytics, accounts, new AI providers, or cloud photo history, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures before those practices begin and obtain consent where required.
